the location was unbeatable , right on the slope with easy access to the cable car, and the view of the valley was breathtaking even when it was submerged in fog. Our room was comfortable, well, sized, clean, and had enough storage space for clothes. the bathroom had good water pressure, and the shower gel was provided. the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming , they made us feel at home. the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel restaurant were very tasty and had a great selection , both menu and buffet options. the hotel also offers great massages.

The coat hangers in the room were a bit limited, but it was a minor issue considering the other facilities and advantages of the hotel.

We were also hoping for some room service, as we arrived late and didn't want to go out for dinner. Unfortunately, this was not offered.
